Shipping Policy
- USA: UPS /FedEx /local postal service
- Currently, we only ship items from our China warehouse in Shenzhen. Generally, all in-stock items will be shipped within 3-10 days. We process all orders through HK shipping proxies, and it takes 3-10 days from the time we ship the items to the proxy until the tracking numbers are generated in HK.
- Please ensure that shipping addresses are provided in English.
- For shipping-related issues, we may reach out to you via email. If we do not receive a response within one week, your order will be canceled and fully refunded.
- P.S.(The changes to our shipping policy are based on the recent tariff events. Therefore, we need to make slight adjustments to our delivery routes and timelines.We will update the delivery timelines accordingly if operations back to normal in the future.
